- When events are on at the O2 arena boats can be very busy.
- Bikes are accepted subject to space.
- Children up to the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Accessibility:
- All boats are wheelchair accessible by ramp.
- There is a restriction of a maximum of four wheelchairs on larger boats and can accommodate a further three folding wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.
- All piers are wheelchair accessible except London Bridge City, Wandsworth Riverside Quarter and Cadogan piers.
- Any person with a valid Disabled I.D. badge/card, irrespective of the Council that this was issued from, or a London Freedom Pass will receive a 50% discount off the online fare. These should be purchased from the ticket offices at the piers.
- You can bring a Guide or Assistance dog on board with you without charge. All Guide and Assistance dogs are welcome.
Baby Facilities:
- Larger boats have baby changing facilities.
Other Facilities:
- All boats are climate controlled.
- Licensed on-board bars selling hot and cold drinks and a range of snacks.
- Metro and City AM newspapers are available on board.
- Free Wifi is available at selected piers.
Booking and Ticket Information:
- You will receive an email confirmation with your tickets.
- Tickets are valid for use from/to any pier, all zones (between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside)
- Tickets are available to purchase online up to 11.45pm the day before the intended visit.
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Cancellation and travel amendments allowed up to 48hrs prior to booked travel date with no charge
