Under 5's are not permitted entry to this attraction.
The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition and for children under the age of 12yrs entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter The London Dungeon.
The London Dungeon will be temporarily closing the Tyrant Boat Ride from 15th April for planned maintenance and a refresh. The ride will remain closed for the remainder of 2024 with a plan to reopen in 2025
The Drop Dead: Drop Ride is subject to availability and daily checks. Please check with a member of staff on the day of your visit.
Booking and Ticket Information:
You will receive an email containing your gate ready e-Tickets within a few minutes of making your booking.
Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
Subject to consent from the attraction it is possible to amend or cancel tickets before the intended visit date.
Any amendments to dates / times where possible will incur a £10 admin fee , however any increase in ticket prices will be charged. A new visit date/time must be selected within 3 months of the original visit date and cannot cross into a new season (for example from an attraction's designated Summer season into Christmas)
An admin fee of £10 is charged for cancellations where they are possible.
Tickets may not be altered / cancelled on or after the intended visit date and 100% cancellation fees apply.
Picniq Ltd acts as an agent for all tickets / bookings on behalf of the supplier/principle ('the attraction').
