Answer the call of the wild at Chessington World of Adventures Resort this year! As Britain's wildest adventure, with over 40 rides and attractions, you'll gasp, giggle, shriek, and squeal as you see and enjoy things you've never seen or done before.

Follow the footsteps of Dr. Bravestone as you step into the World's First Jumanji Themed Land. You'll be able to ride the World's ONLY Jumanji themed rollercoaster - Mandrill Mayhem. Jump on the back of one of the world's biggest birds and travel through the dunes on Ostrich Stampede. And take your chances with one of the world's deadliest snakes as you ride Mamba Strike, right in the heart of Jumanji. Finally, make your way through the twists and turns of the Jungle Maze.

As well as the thrills of Jumanji, you can feel your heart pound as you journey on your first wild ride and help release the cursed crocodile on the jaw dropping ride...Croc Drop. Take on the the legendary Vampire - soaring through the skies and whizzing over treetops like a bat, as your legs dangle below. Travel to the mythical Land of the Dragons and soar like a winged beast on Dragon's Fury. Venture to Wild Asia where you can slither like a snake on Kobra, or swing like a monkey on Monkey Swinger.

You'll also find big adventures for little rangers at Chessington! Explore the rainforests of the world by road, river and from the treetop canopy. Your little explorers can take the wheel on Jungle Rangers, navigating their vehicle along the trail, spotting creatures along the way including tortoises, capybaras (the world's largest rodent) and coati. They'll climb above the treetop canopy, bouncing up high on Treetop Hoppers, and don't forget to make a splash on the mini-log flume, River Rafts - but watch out for the cheeky chimps that live along the waterway!

Only at Chessington can you and your family step straight into the pages of some of your favourite stories and meet the characters too. Meet a creature with 'terrible tusks' and 'terrible claws'... the Gruffalo! Float down the lazy river on The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure, journeying through the deep dark wood. Help Witch and her Cat find her lost belongings in Room on the Broom - a magical and fun journey. Visit the enchanted library and walk through the pages of author, Julia Donaldson, and illustrator, Axel Scheffler's, family favourite books. Then join everyone's favourite patchwork elephant, Elmer, as he and his friends take flight on Elmer's Flying Jumbos.

No adventure is complete without coming face-to-face with some of Chessington World of Adventures Resort's incredible creatures. At Chessington, you'll encounter over 1000+ animals that can be found around every corner. Meet a family of four endangered Amur tigers - Tsar, Kyra, Olga and Kalinka - in Land of the Tiger, and stare wide-eyed as this majestic animal roams above you in Europe's first overhead trails. Make a splash on Tiger Rock, an exhilarating log flume ride where the whole family gets another unique view of the world's largest tiger species from the waterway, as you journey alongside the innovative enclosure.

As well as these rides and attractions, there's lots more to do with your little explorers at Chessington - soft play, live daily shows, Zoo-per encounters with animal talks and feeds and a SEA LIFE Centre. You can squeeze in even more by visiting when the Chessington World of Adventures Resort is quieter on weekdays during term-time.

General Information:

Children under 90cm tall enter free.

Visitors 90cm+ require a ticket.

Height restrictions apply to all rides.

Accessibility:

A ticket-holding guest can be issued one free carer ticket upon presentation of relevant documentation.

Wheelchairs are available for hire on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available through the park.

Baby Facilities:

Pushchairs and lockers are available to hire.

Baby changing and feeding rooms, baby food, and microwaves can be found in various areas of the Resort.

Other Facilities:

Restaurants, snack bars, and cafes throughout the Resort offer a wide range of meals. There are also plenty of designated picnic areas.

Parking is available at an additional cost.

Booking and Ticket Information:

You will receive an email containing your gate ready e-Tickets within a few minutes of making your booking. 

Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.

Subject to consent from the attraction it is possible to amend or cancel tickets before the intended visit date.

Any amendments to dates / times where possible will incur a £10 admin fee , however any increase in ticket prices will be charged. A new visit date/time must be selected within 3 months of the original visit date and cannot cross into a new season (for example from an attraction's designated Summer season into Christmas)

An admin fee of £10 is charged for cancellations where they are possible.

Tickets may not be altered / cancelled on or after the intended visit date and 100% cancellation fees apply.

Chessington World of Adventures Resort is located on the A243, two miles from the A3 and M25 (junction 9 or 10).

From the south, take M25 junction 9. 
From the north, take M25 junction 10.

By Train 
Chessington South is the nearest train station, approximately 10 minute walk from the Resort.

Opening Times

Opening hours are 10am to 5pm. Hours may differ during school and public holidays or when special events are held. Please check the Resort website for opening times on the day of your intended visit.
