Children under 2yrs ride FREE but require a ticket.

Visitors 16 years and over require an adult ticket.

Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older.

Parking is available at Q-Park Westminster car park located a short walk from the London Eye.

Please Note: Fast Track is only included on Fast Track Ticket Types, Family Fun Tickets are Standard Entry only.

Accessibility:

A ticket-holding disabled guest can be issued a free carer ticket upon presentation of relevant documentation.

The London Eye is fully wheelchair accessible. Two wheelchair users are permitted per capsule and eight on the London Eye at any one time.

There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan at the customer service desk inside the ticket office in County Hall, provided on a first come, first-served basis.

Baby Facilities

Baby changing facilities are located within the main ticket office in County Hall.

Other Facilities

Refreshments are available to purchase from the London Eye gift shop located at the exit to the attraction.

You may take bottled water onto the London Eye. No food or other drinks are permitted.

Booking and Ticket Information

Cancellations - Tickets cannot be cancelled. 100% cancellation fees apply.

Amendments - Tickets can be amended for a £10 fee plus any increase in cost, all amendment requests need to be received no later than 4pm the day before your visit . Strictly no on the day amendments allowed. 

You will receive an email containing your gate ready e-Tickets within a few minutes of making your booking. 

Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.

There is no on site car park, however, 15% discount is available at the nearby Q-Park Westminster car park on all pre-bookings. Please note that the Lastminute.com London Eye is within the Congestion Charge Zone.

By Train
The closest rail stations to the Lastminute.com London Eye are Waterloo and Charing Cross.
The closest tube stations are Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster.

The London Eye is open daily except for Christmas Day.

Opening times vary throughout the year. The attraction typically opens at 10.15am and closes between 6pm and 8.30pm.
