General Information
- Children (15 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Wi-Fi is free and available on the buses displaying the Wi-Fi logo.
- All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with powered ramps worked by the drivers. We recommend you alert the driver of your presence to deploy the ramp and assist you in anything you may need.
- Smoking is not allowed on board.
Booking and Ticket Information
- You will receive a further email containing your tickets within 24-48hrs. Please note, this will take longer over the weekend and may also sometimes take longer during busy periods. However, bookings are prioritised to ensure you have your tickets before the selected visit date.
- Your eTicket can only be used once therefore please ensure that all members of your party arrive at the same time.
- Tickets are available to purchase online until 11.45pm the day before the visit.
- Children under 4 are free but do require a ticket.
- Picniq accepts all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.
