• The Ghost Bus Tours take no responsibility for items left on the bus. Personal items are carried at the owners risk and The Ghost Bus can take no responsibility for items damaged or lost. 
• The Ghost Bus Tour is not suitable for young children without adults.
• Children under 15yrs must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• The bus will not wait for latecomers, if you are late you will miss the tour and will not receive a refund.
• Smoking, eating, and drinks other than bottled water are not permitted on the bus. 
• There are no toilet facilities on the buses.
• The buses are classic 1960s Routemasters which are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. 
• Seats are not reserved and are available on a first come first serve basis.
• Discount based off walk up rates.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.
