- Please arrive promptly at the time you selected when booking, as stated on your ticket. Latecomers may not be admitted.
- The time slot selected is the time you will be welcomed to join the queue for security and ticket checks.
- Your visit includes entry to the interactive exhibition and ascent of The Chimney Lift.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
- Infants (2 years old and under) can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- Pushchairs are not permitted into The Chimney Lift and will be stored in a buggy park during your visit.
- Please note that there is no cloakroom. Please only bring a handbag or small rucksack which you can carry on your body approx. A4 size 210 x 297 mm. We cannot hold personal items for you during your visit.

- Please note that the maximum wheelchair size they can accommodate is 115cm by 65cm.
