Your ticket includes:

Non-flash stills photography for personal (i.e. non-commercial) use is welcomed across the Cathedral Floor, in the Crypt and on the Stone and Golden Galleries.
Bags above the maximum permitted dimensions of 45cm x 30cm x 25cm including handles, wheels and pockets cannot be brought into the Cathedral. There is no cloakroom facility so please do not bring larger items with you. All bags will be searched and there may be additional security measures in place. Please do not bring illegal items, glass bottles or containers, alcohol, opened drinks cans, knives or sharp objects, or any other items which could cause damage to the building fabric or harm to others. Items used in connection with protest and drones are also forbidden.

The Cathedral usually opens for sightseeing Monday to Saturday at 08.30 (10.00 on Wednesdays). Last sightseeing entry to the Cathedral is usually 16.00.
Once inside the Cathedral, access to the Dome Galleries is from 09.30 to 16.15 (10.00 to 16.15 on Wednesdays).
The Cathedral closes for sightseeing at 16.30. The shop closes at 16.30.
The average visit length is two hours.
