Your guided climb takes you across The O2's famous roof, before reaching the summit where you'll step inside the UK's highest Snow Globe. 🌨️❄️ Surrounded by a magical winter setting and fairytale-like falling snow, it's the perfect place to capture some unforgettable festive photos with London's skyline as your backdrop. 📸🏙️
You'll have 20 minutes at the summit to take in the spectacular views, enjoy the snowy surroundings and make the most of this unique seasonal experience.

- Availability is live and you will receive your tickets by email after booking.
- Tickets can be purchased online up to 11:45pm the day before the intended visit subject to availability.

- Tickets purchased through Picniq are non-refundable.
- Strictly no changes are allowed within 72hrs of your allocated date and time,
- Any Changes outside of 72 hours will incur a £10 fee plus any additional costs incurred

Safety Information
- You must be at least 8 years old to do the climb.
- Adult- child ratios are in place to ensure safety. the ratio is 1 adult to 5 minors (8-17yrs)
- You must be at least 1.2m tall to do the climb.
- You may not weigh more than 21 stone to do the climb.
- The O2 climb is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
- You must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances - you will not be permitted to participate and you will not be refunded.
- Please remember that what goes up must come down, so once you start the climb there is no turning back and you must complete it.
- Up at the O2 is accessible for most disabled guests. If you can walk unaided, you can complete the climb. Contact Up At The O2 Box Office [email protected] about any disability queries, or to make the team aware prior to your climb.

Directions
Driving to The O2
Inside the M25 and outside the Congestion Zone. The O2 is signposted from the M25, the A2 and A20 (from the South East), and the M11 (from the North). Use our postcode for route planners. And if you need a junction, use Millennium Way or Edmund Halley Way. Plan your journey with the AA.
Getting there by tube
North Greenwich station is on the Jubilee Line in Zones 2 and3 and it's right on our doorstep.
Get here from Central London in 20 minutes or Stratford in 10 minutes.
Getting there by bus
Get on the 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472 or 486. They all stop at North Greenwich station.
Visitors can get the 188 bus (24 hour) direct to/from Waterloo.
Night buses from North Greenwich Station: 108 to Stratford or Lewisham, 188 to Russell Square, 472 to Thamesmead.
