Phantom Peak is a unique immersive open-world adventure like nothing you’ve ever seen before! Be transported to another world and explore this fully realised town inhabited by quirky characters as well as mysteries and stories to discover. Spend a day exploring the town, enjoying food and drink in the wild-west themed saloon, and interacting with immersive sets, technology, and live actors.
This adventure in the heart of London is fun for all the family with lots of interactive fun, mini adventures, exciting areas to explore and mouth-watering food and drink to enjoy on your quest. You can find Phantom Peak near Canada Water station.
Using your phone, you’ll be guided through unique storylines with the Phantom Peak trails! You’ll be tasked with helping the townsfolk on their adventures with interactive technology and the chance to speak to the townsfolk, get to know them, and obtain the information you need to progress in the trail!
Phantom Peak operates in seasons, with time moving on in the town, people coming and going, and new stories being released. Each season, the town is celebrating something, usually a festival, and are welcoming tourists. Townsfolk will remember what happened in previous seasons, but once the trails are gone you won't get a chance to experience them again!
This season, meet the townsfolk and uncover the latest goings on at JONACO. JonaCon is a unique convention that will be taking place across the town of Phantom Peak.

- Dressing up is not essential, but it is encouraged.

General Information
- Upon request, you may be subject to a bag search before entering the venue. This is to ensure everyone's safety and security.
- All visitors to Phantom Peak must complete a waiver to participate. For children, a parent or guardian must consent and sign the waiver on their behalf.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult, who assumes full responsibility for children under 16 years and are fully liable for their well-being.
- Only food and drinks purchased within the venue are allowed to be consumed on the premises.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited except for the designated smoking area located in the new town.
- For the best experience, we recommend you arrive on time for your visit to Phantom Peak.
- Any guest who appears to be intoxicated may be refused admission or removed without a refund. The safety and enjoyment of all visitors comes first.
- There are a limited number of complimentary lockers available at the venue to store small bags and loose articles of clothing. Phantom Peak does not guarantee these are available for everybody, especially when the venue is busy. Personal belongings are stored at the owner's risk, and Phantom Peak cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Large items of luggage cannot be stored in lockers and are not permitted in the experience. You may be turned away if you arrive with large items of Luggage. Please note, there is no buggy park on site - please be considerate of other guests.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to Phantom Peak. You are welcome to dress up!
- Professional photography or recording equipment is strictly prohibited. You may take photos with small cameras or mobile phones throughout the experience, although please be considerate to others.

7 minute walk away from Canada Water tube station (Jubilee and Overground).
If you’re arriving by bus, there is a bus stop right outside Phantom Peak for buses 47, 188, 381, C10, N381, and P12.
The closest station is Canada Water overground station (7 minute walk). Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe are less than 15 minutes walk.
Showing are at 12:00pm and 6:00pm most days, however this depends seasonally.
