The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition. The attraction is suitable for age 12+. For children under the age of 12yrs entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter The London Dungeon.
Booking and Ticket Information:
You will receive an email containing your gate ready e-Tickets within a few minutes of making your booking.
Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
Cancellations - Tickets cannot be cancelled. 100% cancellation fees apply.
Amendments - Tickets can be amended for a £10 fee plus any increase in cost, all amendment requests need to be received no later than 4pm the day before your visit . Strictly no on the day amendments allowed.
