The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition and for children under the age of 12yrs entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter The London Dungeon.
Booking and Ticket Information:
You will receive an email containing your gate ready e-Tickets within a few minutes of making your booking.
Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
Cancellations - You can cancel your tickets up to the day before your planned visit for a 20% fee ( Cancellations are not permitted on or after your booked visit date )
Amendments – Confirmed bookings cannot be amended. You will need to make a new booking on our system, message cross your new reference, and we will cancel and refund your original booking in full.
Tickets cannot be altered / cancelled on or after the intended visit date and 100% cancellation fees apply.
