Terms and Conditions

The following Booking Conditions together with the General Information contained on our website form the basis of your contract with Picniq Ltd. Head office, Space House, 22‐24 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ. Registered company number 08507282.

Please read carefully as this contract sets out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your purchase, we are entitled to assume that you have read these purchase conditions and agree to them.

In these purchases “you” and “your” means all persons included the purchase (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us” and “our” means ‘Picniq’.

Receiving your gift card

Once you have purchased a gift voucher an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided at the time of making the purchase, usually within 20 minutes. This will contain your voucher with its unique reference number. This voucher may be printed and given as a gift if you choose.

At the time of booking you will be provided with the option to receive a printed voucher card via ‘recorded delivery post’. This service requires a signature upon delivery and carries an additional charge of £3.95. Cards can take up to 10 days to arrive and are delivered to the bill payer’s address. This option must be chosen at the time of booking as this feature may not be added at a later date.

Redeeming your gift voucher

Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed on the Picniq ticket portal - tickets.picniq.co.uk or over the phone by calling our customer service team on 01202 830838. Attractions and offers available vary throughout the year.

Picniq gift vouchers will not be accepted at an attraction entry point and you must pre book your tickets via our website before your visit.

Your voucher may be used for 1 booking to an attraction of your choice. Any remaining balance left when you make the booking will be lost. If you would like to make a booking to more than 1 attraction please call our customer service team on 01202 830838 and they will be happy to help.

You may use your gift voucher to pay for the whole basket value or to contribute towards the total where the basket value is higher than the voucher value.


Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

Vouchers must be redeemed on our website before its expiry date but you may choose a visit date after this (subject to our standard T+C’s).

Vouchers are not name specific and may be given as a gift.

When redeeming your voucher on our ticket portal our standard terms and conditions will also apply.

Personalising a Gift Voucher

Our gift vouchers make a great gift and when you make your purchase you will be given the opportunity to add a message to personalise them.

Lost Gift Vouchers

If you have lost your gift voucher please contact our customer service team by email: tickets@picniq.co.uk. For a fee of £5 (charged to the card used at the time of purchasing the gift voucher) a replacement voucher will be sent via email.

If you have lost a printed voucher card this cannot be replaced but an emailed version can be sent for a fee of £5.

We cannot accept liability should a lost gift voucher be redeemed via a third party. Vouchers are valid for one use only and are not name specific so keep them safe!


Gift vouchers cannot be refunded once purchased.

*In exceptional circumstances a date change/refund may be authorised. In this situation a fee of £10 per booking will be charged for date changes and £5 per ticket for refunds. The decision to offer a date change/refund will be made by Picniq customer services and their decision is final.
