How do I enter?
As long as you purchased attraction tickets from us, you’ll just need to upload or send us a photo of your visit to [email protected] to enter and for an extra chance to win - simply leave us a review or top tip.
What could I win?
You will have the chance of winning back the value of your order, up to £250.
How often is the prize draw?
The prize draw runs weekly, and a winner will be drawn each Friday.  Purchase your attraction tickets with Picniq for a chance to win back, up to a value of £250! There will be one lucky winner selected each week, and each winner, will win their tickets Money back, up to value of £250. The winners will be chosen at random, notified and contacted via email and announced on social media. The prize draw closes on the last day of each week, Sunday at 23:59 hrs. Good luck!

Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Picniq Ltd, Space House, 22-24 Oxford Rd, Bournemouth, Dorset BH8 8EZ.
The winner will win their money back, up to the value of £250.

Eligibility to enter

The prize draw is open to UK entrants over 18 years of age.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
If a customer places more than one order in a month, their first order will be the transaction that is entered into the month’s draw. If they win, the amount of this entry, will be won back, up to £250.
Employees of Picniq, our associated companies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim any monies you may win.
The winner will need to leave a valid email address, so we can contact them.

How to enter

To be eligible to enter you must complete a ticket purchase online.
All entrants must have made a purchase within the time period. Entries after the closing date will be entered into the next prize draw period.
Picniq, and our companies accept no responsibility if contact details are incomplete or inaccurate for entries to this prize draw.

The prize

The prize is a one off payment, to one lucky winner, selected each week.
Orders of more than £250 will still be entered, but the maximum amount that anyone will win back, will be £250.
The winner will be chosen at random.
The prize will be paid by refund to the card on the original order.
The cash prize is not transferable to another person, the prize is not exchangeable.
The decision of Picniq Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

Each week, the winner will be notified via the email address taken at the time of placing their order, and announced on social media every Friday for the duration of the event.
Picniq Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win, within 14 days of the second email, they will lose the right to the prize, and Picniq Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
The prize draw will run weekly, restarting on the Monday of each week and finishing on the last day of each week.

Receipt of the Prize

The cash prize, up to the value of £250, will be refunded to the original card that made payment.

Data Protection and Publicity

Any personal data collated in relation to the prize draw will be retained by Picniq and associated companies for three (3) months after the closing date, for the purposes of administrating the prize draw and deal with any queries.
Information is provided to Picniq and associated companies and not to any third party.
Picniq and associated companies will never sell or pass your details to any third party.
The winner will be asked to participate in marketing activity via web and social media, this will include the photo entered for the event and their name and photograph being published.

Limitation of Liability

Picniq and associated companies are not responsible for inaccurate giveaway details supplied to any entrant, by any third party connected with the prize draw, e.g. Social Media.
The prize draw is in not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party.
Picniq and associated companies do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants, as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Picniq Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

Picniq and associated companies reserve the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
