- Suitable Footwear: Closed-toes, flat shoes are required such as trainers or boots. Open-toed or any shoes such as high heels, crocs or flip flops, are not permitted
- Walking Ability: Due to the nature of this adventure, everyone must be able to walk and be physically fit. Babe in arms are not permitted
- Headscarves and Scarves: For safety reasons, headscarves or scarves must not be tied, pinned, or wrapped around the neck
- Pre-existing Injuries: Anyone with injuries or conditions such as weak ankles or knees should not take part in this adventure
- Jewellery: Facial jewellery is not permitted on this adventure. You will be asked to remove it completely or tape it over, depending on its location, before taking part.

By car: Follow the M60 towards Heaton Park and use the St Margaret’s Road entrance. Parking is available at Heaton Park, with charges applicable.
By tram: Take the Metrolink to Heaton Park tram stop, then walk to the attraction.
By bus: Services stop near Victoria Avenue and St Margaret’s Road, within walking distance of the park.
By train: Clifton Station is a nearby option, followed by a taxi ride.
Tip: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked adventure to check in and prepare for your experience.
