General Information

• There is a large cark park on site, and all parking is free.
• Dogs are welcome but should be kept on leads at all times. Certain areas of the attraction are not suitable for dogs. 
• All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times whilst on-site at the Castle
• There are two cafes and picnic areas on the site.
• Pushchairs are permitted throughout the site, except for inside the Castle due to fire regulations. 
• The natural topology and structure of the grounds means only a small portion of the site is suitable for those with impaired mobility.
• The Toboggan ride costs an additional fee - £1.50 for per ride and may not run in wet weather, which may be the case for some other attractions also. 
• Height restrictions apply for some rides.
• Arcade Machines - Should you want to play the antique arcade coin operated machines, please bring cash with you on your visit. Please ensure that children are supervised so that the correct coins are used to protect the delicate structures inside the antique machines.

Booking and Ticket Information

• When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please present on your smart phone on arrival on the day of your visit. 
• Saving based off walk up rate and potential booking fees.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

Watermouth Castle is situated on the main A399 coast road midway between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin (sat nav reference: EX34 9SL). From Barnstaple take the B3230 to Ilfracombe then continue on the A399 towards Combe Martin, Watermouth Castle is on the right hand side. Approximately 3 miles from Ilfracombe.

Rail: The nearest railway station is Barnstaple, there is no direct bus you have to go to Ilfracombe Bus Station and change for Combe Martin or take a taxi.
