Booking and Ticket Information

• Tickets do not include entry to the Castle Dungeon.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card fee or booking fee.
• Visitors under 3 go free and do not require a ticket.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable or transferable.
• You will receive an email containing your gate ready eTickets within a few minutes of making your booking. 
• Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Subject to consent from the attraction it is possible to amend or cancel tickets before the intended visit date.
• Cancellations - You can cancel your tickets up to the day before your planned visit for a 20% fee ( Cancellations are not permitted on or after your booked visit date )
• Amendments – Confirmed bookings cannot be amended. You will need to make a new booking on our system, message cross your new reference, and we will cancel and refund your original booking in full. 
• Tickets cannot be altered / cancelled on or after the intended visit date and 100% cancellation fees apply.
• Picniq acts as agent for all tickets/bookings on behalf of the supplier/principle ('the attraction') subject to Picniq booking terms

Directions

The castle is well signposted when travelling from most directions and is less than 2 miles from junction 15 of the M40.

Warwick Castle opens at 10am and closes at 4pm. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
