- Tickets do not include entry to the Castle Dungeon
- Picniq accepts all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card or booking fee.
- Visitors under 3 go free and do not require a ticket.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable or transferable
- Picniq acts as an agent for all tickets/bookings on behalf of the supplier/principle (the attraction) subject to Picniq booking terms.
Booking and Ticket Information:
- You will receive an email containing your gate ready e-Tickets within a few minutes of making your booking.
- Picniq accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as methods of payment, alongside Apple Pay. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Subject to consent from the attraction it is possible to amend or cancel tickets before the intended visit date.
- There are no fees to change the visit date of a booking, however any increase in ticket prices will be charged. A new visit date must be selected within 3 months of the original visit date and cannot cross into a new season (for example from an attraction's designated Summer season into Christmas)
- An admin fee of £10 is charged for cancellations where they are possible.
- Tickets may not be altered / cancelled on or after the intended visit date and 100% cancellation fees apply.
- Picniq Ltd acts as an agent for all tickets / bookings on behalf of the supplier/principle ('the attraction').
Directions
The castle is well signposted when travelling from most directions and is less then 2 miles from junction 15 of the M40.
- Daytime Castle Entry: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Last Castle Entry: 3:00 pm
- Christmas Light Trail: Evening time slots start from 4:30 pm
- Light Trail Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
