Don't forget to head outside and waddle with the beautiful, but very cheeky, colony of Humboldt penguins that reside on Penguin Island and get closer than ever before as you make your way across their walk-through home! Meet Boo, Pendle, Mando and Ed, the resident seals and discover their stories as you watch them splash around!
Take an underwater stroll through the incredible Ocean Tunnel and watch your little ones be mesmerized by the incredible beauty that lives within. Blacktip sharks are just some of the creatures that call this place home!

General Information
Important Information: Please be aware we are currently undergoing essential works, this may restrict access to certain areas of the attraction during your visit.
- Children under 3 enter free.
- SEA LIFE Scarborough features a children's outdoor adventure playground.
- Visitors 15 years and over require an adult ticket.
- There is a council operated pay and display car park directly outside the Centre. This car park charges fees between March and October each year and is free between November and February.
Accessibility:
- A ticket-holding disabled guest can be issued a free carer ticket upon presentation of relevant documentation.
- SEA LIFE Scarborough is wheelchair accessible.
- Accessible restrooms are available on-site.
Child and Baby Facilities
- There are baby changing facilities in both the female and disabled toilets.
- You are more than welcome to take a buggy into the attraction, which is fully accessible, although space may be limited at peak times. Buggies can be left in the buggy park during your visit.
- Beach Bites outdoor adventure playground, suitable for children from 3-years-old, is alongside the Beach Bites kiosk where adults can relax with a hot drink and speciality donuts whilst watching children at play and taking in the beautiful views of the North Bay, Scarborough.
Other Facilities
- The Adventurers Grill offers a wide range of hot meals, drinks and snacks.
- If you would prefer to take your own picnic, there are picnic facilities outside at the Beach Bites Kiosk.
Booking and Ticket Information
- When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please print your ticket and present it at SEA LIFE Scarborough on the day of your visit.
- Tickets are available to purchase online up to 11.45pm the day before the intended visit.
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Tickets delivered by email.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date/Time of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

By Car
SEA LIFE Scarborough is located off Burniston Road on Scalby Mills Road.
There is a council operated pay and display car park directly outside the Centre. This car park charges fees between March and October each year and is free between November and February.
Alternatively, the road leading to SEA LIFE Scarborough isScalby Mills Road where you can park for free all day.
By Train
Scarborough train station is the closest to the Centre. Taxis will be available outside or you can catch the 9A bus which takes you directly to the Centre.
TheNorth Bay Miniature Railway,located near Peasholm Park, will also take you to SEA LIFE.
Open daily except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
