• There is plenty of free on-site parking at SEA LIFE Loch Lomond.

Accessibility:

• A ticket-holding disabled guest can be issued a free carer ticket upon presentation of relevant documentation.
• SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is fully wheelchair accessible.
• Accessible restrooms are available on site.

Baby Facilities

• There are baby changing facilities on site.
• You are more than welcome to take a buggy into the attraction, which is fully accessible. If preferred, you can leave your buggy in the buggy park during your visit.

• SEA LIFE Loch Lomond has a coffee shop located on the third floor.

Booking and Ticket Information

• When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please print your ticket and present it at SEA LIFE Loch Lomond on the day of your visit.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.

Cancellations - Tickets cannot be cancelled. 100% cancellation fees apply.

Amendments - Tickets can be amended for a £10 fee plus any increase in cost, all amendment requests need to be received no later than 4pm the day before your visit . Strictly no on the day amendments allowed.

By Car 
From the south (M74/M6): 
The M74 takes you to the south side of Glasgow. On approach, follow the signs from the M73 to the M8 - Loch Lomond, Greenock. Exit at J30 for Erskine Bridge then join the A82 following signs for Crianlarich. After approximately 10 miles, take a right at the roundabout to Balloch, left at the next roundabout and second exit at the third roundabout. Loch Lomond Shores where SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is situated is directly in front of you. 

From the north: 
SEA LIFE is located just off the A82 heading towards Glasgow. Once past Tarbet, travel 16 miles along the lochside until you get to the roundabout for Balloch where you should take a left. At the next roundabout take a left and at the third roundabout take the second exit. Loch Lomond Shores where SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is situated is directly in front of you. 

From the east: 
Follow the M8 west bound heading for Greenock. Leave the M8 at J30 for the Erskine Bridge. Over the bridge, join the A82 following signs for Crianlarich. Stay on the A82 for approximately 10 miles. Take a right at the roundabout indicating Balloch, take a left at the next roundabout and second exit at the third roundabout. Loch Lomond Shores where SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is situated is directly in front of you.

By Train 
SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is a short walk from Balloch train station.

Open daily except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

March to October: Daily from 10am to 5pm

November to February: Daily 10am to 4pm (1st January from 11am to 4pm)

Last admission one hour before closing.
