Jump feet-first into the original Victorian architecture of the oldest operating aquarium in the world, built in 1872! Filled with dazzling scales, crazy colours, and fantastic fins, check out some of the world's most magnificent creatures at the Sea Life Centre in Brighton.
Your little ones can marvel at Rays, Sharks, Jellyfish, Turtles and so much more! Featuring stunningly immersive adventures such as the glass bottom boat, a rainforest adventure, the day & night ocean experience and more, this is the perfect activity for families of all ages!

General Information
- Children under 3 enter free.
- Visitors 15 years and over require an adult ticket.
- There is no on-site parking at SEA LIFE Brighton, however, there is limited parking along the seafront. The nearest NCP is under the Waterfront Hotel, a short walk from the Centre.
Accessibility:
- A ticket-holding disabled guest can be issued a free carer ticket upon presentation of relevant documentation.
- The one area of SEA LIFE Brighton which does not have full access is the Ocean Display in the auditorium. However, this display can also be seen from the Ocean Tunnel, which is accessible.
- There is an accessible restroom on site.
Baby Facilities
- There are baby changing facilities available at SEA LIFE Brighton.
- The aquarium is buggy accessible except for the auditorium area, however, this can be viewed from the Ocean Tunnel.
- There is a buggy park located opposite the toilets where buggies can be left at your own risk.
Other Facilities
- There is a coffee shop offering snacks and refreshments in the Victorian Arcade opposite the Ray Pool.
- The on-site gift shop offers a wide range of gifts and souvenirs.
Booking and Ticket Information
- When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please print your ticket and present it at SEA LIFE Brighton on the day of your visit.
- Tickets are available to purchase online up to 11.45pm the day before the intended visit.
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Tickets delivered by email.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date/Time of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

By Car
All main routes into Brighton will take you to the seafront where you can follow the fish symbol on thebrown tourist signs or look for Brighton Pier. The Centre is situated right next door.
Travelling south from London: Follow the A23 down London Road until you reach the seafront.
Travelling east from Portsmouth or west from Eastbourne: Follow the A27 until it merges with the A23.
The nearest parking is along the seafront. Note that wardens here are very strict. The nearest NCP is under the Waterfront Hotel, a short walk from the Centre's entrance.
By Train
SEA LIFE Brighton is approximatelya 20 minute walk from Brighton train station.
Open daily except Christmas Day.
Monday to Sunday: Open from 10am. Closing times vary according to the season.
