General & Ticket Information

•  Although the main part of the tour covered by lifts, there are over 200 stairs to climb to access all areas. The stairs are modern and shallow with handrails all the way and are taken at a steady pace as led by the guide.
• All guests arrive 15 minutes before their allotted time slot.
• In the event that a visitor doesn’t feel comfortable using a lift, there is an option to ascend the 300 stairs (10 flights) to the 10th floor. Please inform a member of the team on your arrival to arrange this.
• Discount is based off of walk up rates. 
• When departing always check with crew what time the last boat of the day is if you want to return later in the day.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

Directions

• Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1HU, UK. Entrance.
• There are 2 Entrances Gates that can be used, both accessed from the Waterfront Side of the Royal Liver Building.
• Gate 1 is in the courtyard of the Royal Liver Building next to the Royal Liver Building 360 sign
• Gate 2 is on Water Street and is marked by the Royal Liver Building 360 planters
• When entering either gate visitors should head down the stairs to the visitors centre.
