General Information

• Minimum Participant Height: 1.3mtrs
• Minimum Participant Weight: 30kg*
• Maximum Participant Weight: 120kg**
• *A minimum weight requirement is strictly enforced, and all riders must be 30 kg or over in order to ride. This limit may INCREASE at any time should adverse wind or weather affect participant safety. No exceptions can be made at any time.
• **A maximum weight requirement is strictly enforced, and all riders MUST not exceed 120 kilograms. The maximum weight limit may DECREASE at any time should adverse wind or weather affect participant safety. No exceptions can be made at any time.
• Footwear must have a closed heel and toe and MUST be worn.
• All jewellery must be removed or taped.
• Pockets must be completely empty during activities, including mobile phones. This includes pockets with zips.
• Long hair must be tied.
• You may bring items that can be securely attached to your person at the wrist, and inspected by an instructor prior to ascending the zip tower (i.e. GoPro cameras, Selfie sticks).
• Anyone who is deemed to be unfit to ride by any team member (intoxicated, unwell, injured) will be asked to leave at any time with no refund issued.
• Riders under the age of 16 must be collected and returned to the “pierzip” base by an adult aged 18 or over from the “Pierzip” landing area.
• Wet clothing is not permitted, as well as swimwear, skirts or dresses.

Booking and Ticket Information

• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

Rockreef is located on Bournemouth Pier. From the A338 Wessex Way follow the brown signs to the beaches or Bournemouth International Centre (BIC).
