With more than 20 rooms spread across four floors, Preston Manor brings the past to life through period furnishings, fascinating objects and stories of the people who lived and worked here. The 2026 season also sees the reopening of the top floor, including the Edwardian nursery and original bathrooms, alongside the new A Manor in the Making history room.

General Information
- Available between 14th March 2026 - 30th November 2026 - For use on Friday's, Sunday's and Monday's: 10 - 5pm only (last admission 4:15pm).
- Children aged 15 and over but those under the age of 15 must come with someone over the age of 16.
- Preston Manor has no on-site parking.
- Preston Manor is a historic building with uneven surfaces and stairs in some areas. Seating is available throughout much of the building. The gardens also contain uneven paths and steps, which can become slippery when wet.
- Tour lasts around 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Booking and Ticket Information
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

Preston Manor is a charming historic house located in Preston Drove, Brighton BN1 6SD. It is two miles north of Brighton’s city centre (a 30-40 minute walk).
Preston Manor has no on-site parking.
Bus:
The 5 or 5a bus from Brighton stops on Preston Drove, and is a 5 minute walk from Preston Manor.
Train:
Preston Manor is a 10 minute walk from Preston Park Station, which is one stop from Brighton Station.
