One of the largest wild animal parks in the UK, Port Lympne is home to bears, rhino, giraffes, gorillas, lions and tigers, and a dinosaur forest with the largest collection of life-sized dinosaurs in Europe!
Set in over 600 acres of rolling Kent countryside, conservation is key at award-winning Port Lympne, which works with The Aspinall Foundation on groundbreaking international conservation work. The local favourite Park is also home to the UK's most authentic safari experience.Board the safari truck at the Basecamp Café and begin your journey in South America to see Kent's only pair of spectacled bears - Oberon and Rina - along with capybara, coatimundi and grazing vicugna.
Continue through Africa where iconic African wildlife including giraffe and rhino roam the plains and on to Asia where water buffalo wallow in mud pools and graceful deer scale the heights of the grasslands. The Primate Trail of wooded pathways is populated with endangered primates and Palace of the Apes, home to Port Lympne's family of Western lowland gorillas.
Encounter exotic big and small cats in Carnivore Territory before stepping into the Jurassic world in the Dinosaur Forest. Home to the largest authentic and anatomically correct collection of dinosaurs in the world, come face to face with T-Rex, Stegosaurus, the huge Diplodocus, and more. Dinosaur rangers are on hand to answer any questions and hold fun and educational presentations. You can even become a palaeontologist and dig for fossils or make your own dinosaur to take home!

Accessibility:
A ticket-holding disabled guest can be issued a concessionary rate carer ticket upon presentation of relevant documentation.
The park is a combination of hilly and flat terrain that can sometimes be steep and uneven.
Entrance to the park is via a ramped footbridge.
Designated disabled parking is available at the base of the footbridge on hard standing.
The majority of the park is accessible via ramped or level access.
A number of safari trucks can accommodate a single wheelchair or mobility scooter.
Wheelchairs are available for hire at the Gatehouse.
Free pushchairs are available for use throughout the park.
Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are available throughout the park.
Assistance dogs are not permitted in the park.

Booking and Ticket Information :
When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please print your ticket and present it at Port Lympne gatehouse on the day of your visit.
Children under the age of 3 gain entry free of charge and do not require a ticket.

Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve is located on the B2067, just past Ashford and just 5 minutes from junction 11 of the M20. It is also a short distance from Folkestone and Canterbury.
