- When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please present on your smart phone on arrival on the day of your visit.
- The full experience will last 50mins. You will be playing the maze for approximately 30mins.
- PAC-MAN LIVE is designed for up to 8 people to play a PAC-Maze at any one time. The Arcade Arena has two PAC Mazes that operate concurrently. If you have fewer than 8 people in your group, you may be joined by other players.
- If you don't want to play, you can accompany ticket holders and watch from our viewing platform. Only ticket holders will be able to play the maze.
- Please dress for fun and comfort: · Comfortable shoes - no high heels or open-toed shoes.
- Lockers are available where you can leave loose belongings and bags whilst you play.
- There will be opportunities to take pictures and videos of your experience during game play. There will be plenty of moments for you to snap that all important picture! Official photos will also be available to purchase after your experience
- Saving based off walk up rate.
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

The attraction is located in the Arcade Arena in Manchester. Main entrance is on Lower Byrom Street on the corner of Studio 1, just next door to the Science and Industry Museum and directly opposite St John’s Gardens.
