Important Information:

• Vouchers are available to redeem throughout the year, including weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. All screenings and dates are subject to availability at your chosen ODEON cinema.
• Vouchers cover standard 2D screenings and act as payment for Classic, Classic Saver, Recliner and Recliner Saver seats. Other seat types, such as Recliner Popular and Premier, and premium screens, including Dolby, iSense, XL and IMAX, require an additional upgrade fee. 3D screenings are not included.
• Vouchers cannot be used for some screenings, including concerts, opera, certain documentaries (typically music-related) and other Event Cinema screenings.

Booking Information:

• A £1 booking fee per ticket applies when redeeming online. This fee can be avoided by redeeming your voucher in person at the cinema.
• Redeem your voucher online through the ODEON website or in person at the box office or concession counter of your chosen cinema. Please follow the redemption instructions supplied with your voucher.
• If your code does not work, this may happen if you navigate backwards during the booking process or if the website crashes after you enter your codes. Log out and wait approximately 15 minutes for the codes to become available again.
• If you or ODEON cancels your booking, your codes should automatically renew after a few hours and can be used again. However, if you do not cancel your booking and fail to attend the cinema, your vouchers will be lost.
• All tickets are non-refundable non-changeable .
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
