Accessibility: Most of the resort is accessible by wheelchair users. For access to the rides, guests must be able to transfer to the ride vehicle with or without carer assistance. There are no wheelchairs or strollers at our attraction, however, you can rent these from the intu Trafford Centre Customer Services desk, located in the Main Dome.

Baby facilities: there are family bathrooms with baby changing facilities.

Cancellations - Tickets cannot be cancelled. 100% cancellation fees apply.

Amendments - Tickets can be amended for a £10 fee plus any increase in cost, all amendment requests need to be received no later than 4pm the day before your visit . Strictly no on the day amendments allowed. 

Picniq Ltd acts as an agent for all tickets / bookings on behalf of the supplier/principle ('the attraction').Other facilities: There is a small café area which offers a range of snacks and confectionary, and hot and cold drinks; however, they do not allow food to be brought in from outside.

Located off the M60, via junction 9 or 10.

5 miles West of Manchester City Centre. The closest car park to the attraction is 'Trafford Centre Car Park West' at Trafford Palazzo it's right outside the attraction and is free to park.

You can access The Trafford Centre easily via a bus connection from a number of nearby train stations:

• Manchester Piccadilly: Then catch the express X50 or 250 bus from Piccadilly Gardens, a few minutes' walk away.
• Manchester Victoria: Then catch bus 100 from the station entrance.
• Salford Crescent: Then catch bus 100 from the A6.
• Urmston: Then catch bus 23, 25 or 245 from outside Sainsbury's.

You can then access Trafford Palazzo by crossing the indoor footbridge from The Trafford Centre.

This attraction is open at 10am - 6pm, with last entry being at 4 pm.
