From 6th-23rd December, celebrate Christmas at Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World! 
See Hoo Zoo like never before as the park is lit up for the festive season. Begin your journey by helping Father Christmas’ elves with a special Christmas craft, before travelling through a sparkling Winter Wonderland to meet the big man himself! Every child will receive a small gift before heading on to join Mrs Claus and the Head Elf for a magical festive singalong and storytime.
And this year, don’t miss a very special appearance by the Snow Princesses and Santa on the 27th and 28th December, the perfect way to keep the Christmas magic going!
Your ticket includes full admission to all of the amazing animals and dinosaurs for the entire day.
- This event runs from 10am – 6pm on select dates only.
- Admission to Hoo Zoo is included all day.

Discover a wild mix of animals, prehistoric adventure, and family fun at Hoo Zoo & Dinosaur World - a unique zoo experience where you can meet real animals, explore animatronic dinosaur trails, and enjoy plenty of activities for all ages!
At Hoo Zoo you’ll find over a hundred species, from meerkats, lemurs, reptiles, wolves, and more exotic wildlife alongside friendly farm-yard animals. For a prehistoric twist, step into “Hoo-rassic World”: a woodland walk populated by life-sized animatronic dinosaurs and Ice Age beasts that bring ancient times alive!
The fun doesn’t stop at animals - there’s a large indoor and outdoor play area, complete with climbing frames, swings, ziplines, a giant jumping pillow, go-karts, and pedal tractors - ideal for kids to burn off energy. Families can also enjoy daily keeper talks and animal feeding sessions that mix education with entertainment.

General Information
- When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please present on your smart phone on arrival on the day of your visit.
- Saving based off walk up rate.
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.

For any satellite navigation systems, please enter ‘Humber Lane’ as the Postcode may take you to an actual farm. There are Brown Signposts from the M54 Junction 6, A442 at Shawbirch and A518 at Donnington.
The attraction is open most days from 10:00am - 5:00pm, but please check the attractions website for accurate times as these change with the seasons.
The Christmas event runs 11am–6pm on select dates throughout December.
