• Car parking is available on-site. The car park is managed by a separate company, and pay stations can be accessed within the car park. Parking costs £1 per hour. 
• All outside areas, including animal areas, close at dusk.
• The majority of the animals have a bed time of 4pm, so all of the walkthroughs will be closed from then and some animals may not be visible.
• Please note: park admission does not include the Net Park, Zip Trekking, Speed Slides or High Ropes.
• As Hobbledown has a Zoo on site it is not possible to bring your pets or dog. The only exception to this is assistance dogs, although some areas are excluded such as walkthroughs and where animal demonstrations take place.
• Assistance dogs are to be leashed in order to prevent potential nose to nose contact with some of the animals or undue stress to their welfare and well-being.
• Please wash your hands when directed to using the facilities provided.

Booking and Ticket Information

• When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please present on your smart phone on arrival on the day of your visit. 
• Saving based off walk up rate and potential booking fees.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply. Tickets cannot be amended on or after the booked date.

The nearest tube station is Hounslow Central which is on the Piccadilly line - 23 minutes journey time from Hammersmith.

The nearest train stations are Feltham and Hounslow.

Bus:
The 117 & 235 buses stop outside Hobbledown Heath

Hobbledown Heath opens 7 days a week, from 9am/9.30am to 5.30pm and 7pm at weekends.

Hobbledown Heath is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and closes at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and opens at 11am on New Year's Day.
