Disneyland® Paris FAQs
How do I book tickets?
Bookings are made on our website and processed with Disneyland® Paris. Our website is user friendly and if there’s anything that you are unsure of please feel free to email our Customer Service Team on [email protected] or call the office on 01202 830 838 and we will be happy to help!
When you book you will be asked to choose your visit date, however if your plans change and you find yourself unable to attend on that chosen date then your ticket will be valid to use on other dates during the same season. Some tickets are more flexible than others and you can check which other dates your tickets are valid on using our availability calendar during the booking process.
It works out cheaper for me to purchase two separate 1 day, 2 park tickets rather than a multi day ticket... why is this and can I do this for a two day trip?
Of course you can if this is what you would prefer to do but it doesn’t give you as much flexibility as purchasing the multi day tickets. By purchasing multi day tickets it means you can cross between the two parks as many times as you’d like allowing you to the parades and shows in both parks.
Also you need to make sure that you use the correct tickets in the correct order, these will be dated (on the name of the attachment) when they are sent to you but the date will not show up when you print the tickets.
If you are wanting flexibility and the option to see both parks in one day then we strongly advise that you book a one day, two park ticket.
Can I purchase tickets on the same day as I want to go to Disneyland® Paris?
No, we are unable to offer same day tickets as we require a minimum of 24 hours to process and email you your tickets.
Can I book tickets over the phone?
Unfortunately not, however, our online booking system is easy to use. If you have any questions you would like answered before or after you make your booking then our Customer Service Team are always happy to help and can be contacted via email:Β [email protected]Β or by phone: 01202 830838.

What is the latest time I can book?
You can book tickets until 17.00 PM the day before you wish to visit.
When is the best time to visit Disneyland® Paris?
With magical attractions, any time is a good time! If you would prefer to visit when there are less guests at the park then it is recommended that you visit mid‐week (Tuesdays to Thursdays) between mid‐January through to mid‐March, or mid‐April through to mid‐May.
What are the opening hours of the parks?
Disneyland® Paris is open 365 days a year, however the times are seasonal. We recommend that you check the opening times for the date that you would like to visit so that you are not disappointed. Also, because the park never closes, certain shows, attractions, parts of Disneyland® Parks, events, shops and restaurants may be closed, modified, delayed or removed without any advance notice. Disneyland® Parks attraction closures for maintenance will be published 6 months in advance.
Enhance your next visit with the Disneyland® Paris app. See estimated wait times for attractions, view entertainment schedules, browse interactive maps and much more!
