Your ticket includes:

- Bad weather guarantee (free return visit within 3 months if bad weather affects your visit (non refundable).

- Or enjoy a traditional British afternoon tea in the newly refurbished restaurant with stunning sea views!
- Please make sure that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired entry time as there can be queues and we wouldn't want you to miss out!
- Visitors will be asked to participate in such checks as a condition of entry.
- Picniq accepts all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card booking fee.
- You will need to print your eTicket and present them upon arrival.
- Afternoon tea is available Monday to Sunday with experiences between 14:30 - 17:00. For afternoon tea bookings, you should call Brighton i360 to pre-book and avoid long waiting times. Full details will be provided on your confirmation email.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
- Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable.
- You can amend your ticket outside of 72 hours prior to your visit for £10

The i360 is located in the heart of Brighton Beach at the Historic West Pier. BN1 2LN.
Located on the seafront, the i360 is a 15 minute walk from Brighton train station.
Usually open from 10.30am. Opening times may vary, please make sure you check before your visit.
