Terms and Conditions

The following Booking Conditions together with the General Information contained on our website form the basis of your contract with Picniq Ltd. Head office, Space House, 22‐24 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ. Registered company number 08507282.

Please read carefully as this contract sets out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

In these bookings “you” and “your” means all persons included the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us” and “our” means ‘Picniq’.

Making your booking

Bookings are made through Picniq Tickets and secure payment is taken at the time of booking. Tickets are strictly non‐refundable as stated by the terms and conditions of Disneyland® Paris. However, depending on the ticket type, an alternative visit date may be possible (but is not guaranteed).

The person named on the booking (the “party leader”) confirms that they are authorised to make the booking on the basis of these Terms & Conditions by all other persons included in the booking. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. The party leader must be at least 18 when the booking is made.

There are four ticket types provided by Disneyland® Paris, each with their own terms, restrictions and specifications. The ticket types are listed below:

Mini ticket:
This ticket only covers off peak dates within the season you have selected. It’s the cheapest ticket but least flexible.

Magic Ticket:
This ticket covers all off peak dates as well as some more popular dates in a season.

Super Magic Ticket:
This ticket provides total flexibility, it’s valid for 12 months from purchase date and covers all dates.  **Except for special offer tickets such as Adults @ Child prices, date validity periods will apply.

Any use of Mini and Magic tickets outside their validity period will be subject to payment of a supplement at Disney® Parks entrance.

Alteration of Prices

Prices have been determined on the basis of our contract with Disneyland® Paris. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. You will be advised of the total cost prior to booking on our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings made without payment, or where payment fails will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a confirmation booking email.

Booking Confirmation

Subject to the receipt of payment, you will receive an email from us, to the address provided at the time of booking as confirmation that we have received your booking. This will then be processed with Disneyland® Paris and you will receive another email containing your Disneyland® Paris tickets. This process will take 24‐48 hours depending on the date of your visit.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation within 3 hours and your tickets to Disneyland® Paris within 48 hours, you MUST contact Picniq. We do not take any responsibility should an email address be entered incorrectly at the time of booking.

Alterations and Cancellations by you

Tickets are non‐refundable and 100% cancellation fees apply at all times as stated by the terms and conditions of Disneyland® Paris.

Alterations, short notice cancellations by Disneyland® Paris

Due to the fact Disneyland® Paris is never completely closed, certain shows, attractions, parts of Disneyland® parks, events, shops and restaurants are only open during certain seasons and may be closed, modified, delayed or removed without any advance notice. Due to Disneyland® parks being open 365 days a year, maintenance and upkeep must take place during scheduled attraction closures which will be published months in advance ‐ as set out by the terms and conditions of Disneyland® Paris.

Should Disneyland® Paris be fully closed at short notice for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you via the email address you provided at the time of booking. You will be able to use your ticket on another day, provided that the day you select is within the specifications of the ticket type that you have booked. However, Picniq cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses/loss of monies surrounding the closure, including the expenses incurred, should you not have read/received the email from us.

No right to withdraw

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers have the right to withdraw at no charge from certain ‘distance contracts’ (eg. Contracts entered into over the telephone or the Internet) However, these Regulations do not apply to contracts relating to the booking of leisure services, whether booked together as a Holiday Package or separately for a specific date or within a specific period. Accordingly, you have no right to withdraw from any booking of any of the products or services to which these Booking Terms and Conditions apply.

Force Majeure

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions we regret we cannot accept responsibility if our contractual obligations are prevented or affected or you otherwise suffer any loss, damage or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the attraction you have purchased tickets for could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. Picniq cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses/loss of monies surrounding the closure.

Injuries & Loss of Possessions

Picniq accepts no responsibility should you or a member of your party suffer injury or loss of possessions (through theft or accidentally) whilst visiting Disneyland® Paris using tickets purchased through the Picniq Ticket Portal.

Should you have a problem or complaint about the ticketing service, you must raise this at the time with Picniq, via email ‐ tickets@picniq.co.uk. This will enable most complaints to be handled in the shortest time possible. Picniq is unable to respond to any complaints about Disneyland® Paris or the services they offer.

Our Liability to you

We cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. In addition, regardless of any wording used by us on our website, in any advertising material or elsewhere, we only promise to use reasonable skill and care as set out above and we do not have any greater or different liability to you.
