The following Booking Conditions together with the General Information contained on our website form the basis of your contract with Picniq Ltd. Head office, Space House, 22‐24 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ. Registered company number 08507282

Please read carefully as this contract sets out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

In these bookings “you” and “your” means all persons included the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us” and “our” means ‘Picniq’. “Attraction” means KidZania London.

Making your purchase

Bookings are made through our website and secure payment is taken at the time of booking.

Tickets are non‐refundable and are date specific unless stated otherwise.

The person named on the booking (the “party leader”) confirms that they are authorized to make the booking on the basis of these T+C’s by all other persons included in the booking. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. The party leader must be at least 18 when the booking is made.


Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings made without payment, or where payment fails will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a confirmation booking email.


Subject to the availability and receipt of payment, you will receive an email to the email address given at the time of booking confirming your payment.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation within 3 hours please contact Picniq immediately. We do not take any responsibility should an email address be entered incorrectly at the time of booking. If incorrect email address details have been provided at the time of booking, we reserve the right to make a charge of £10 to amend this and resend the booking confirmation.

You will need to print your ticket and take it with you to the attraction, you will need to present this upon arrival to gain access.

Alterations and Cancellations by you

Tickets are non‐refundable. 100% cancellation fees apply at all times.

Alterations, short notice cancellations by the Attraction

Should an attraction(s) be fully closed for any reason, a full refund of the cost of your entrance tickets will be given or the chance to change the date of your visit. However, Picniq cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses/loss of monies surrounding the closure.

Force Majeure

Picniq accepts no responsibility should an attraction be closed for any emergency/last minute reason during the date(s) your ticket(s) are booked for. The attraction(s) will take responsibility for refunds/amendments or any other issues.

In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the attraction(s) you have purchased tickets for could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. Picniq cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses/loss of monies surrounding the closure.

Injuries & Loss of Possessions

Picniq accepts no responsibility should you or a member of your party suffer injury or loss or possessions (through theft or accidentally) whilst visiting an attraction using tickets purchased thorough the Picniq Ticket Portal.


Should you have a problem or complaint about the ticketing service, you must raise this at the time with Picniq, via email ‐ tickets@picniq.co.uk. This will enable most complaints to be handled in the shortest time possible. Picniq are unable to respond to complaints about attractions and their services.

Website / advertising material accuracy

The information contained on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details (including the price) at the time of booking and on your confirmation email. With exception to the correction of errors the price paid at the time of booking will not change unless you make an amendment to the booking details.

Our Liability to you

Our only contractual obligations to you is to take your booking in accordance with your instructions and provide you with a confirmation email to enable you to gain entry/access to the attraction(s)/event in question.

We cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. In addition, regardless of any wording used by us on our website, in any advertising material or elsewhere, we only promise to use reasonable skill and care as set out above and we do not have any greater or different liability to you.


All personal information that you provide will be held confidentially within our secure database and will not be passed to third parties unless you give permission to do so or it is necessary to do so in order to provide you with the services you have booked. Where payment is processed via credit card, credit card numbers are not retained on our database.

No Right To Withdraw

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers have the right to withdraw at no charge from certain ‘distance contracts’ (e.g. Contracts entered into over the telephone or the Internet) However, these regulations do not apply to contracts relating to the booking of leisure services, whether booked together as a ‘Holiday Package’ or separately for a specific date or within a specific period. Accordingly, you have no right to withdraw from any booking of any of the products or services to which these Booking Terms and Conditions apply.

*In exceptional circumstances a date change/refund may be authorized. In this situation a fee of £10 per booking will be charged for date changes and £10 admin fee for refunds in very exceptional circumstances. The decision to offer a date change/refund will be made by Picniq customer services and their decision is final.
