General Information

• Children under 18 months old can enter free of charge but still require a ticket
• Please note ALL adults must be accompanied by a child to visit the Park.
• Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
• There are height and age restrictions in place on some rides/activities
• Some optional activities are not included in the cost of a ticket and require an additional charge, please bring loose change with you as no change can be provided for these activities e.g. Mini Diggers
• The majority of rides/activities will remain open in most weather conditions
• The management reserves the right to modify or withdraw any of the rides or activities without prior notice
• GreenWood Family Park reserve the right to refuse admission to the Park, or to remove any visitor on its property whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by staff or which might affect the enjoyment of others visitors
• Due to the terrain of the park, there may be uneven surfaces and walkways. Visitors should therefore wear appropriate footwear & clothing.
• BBQ's, bikes, scooters and ball games are not permitted within the park (Bike parks are available)
• Dogs can be admitted free of charge providing they are friendly towards others and kept on a short lead at all times. Persistent barking will not be tolerated
• Smoking (including E-cigarettes) is prohibited within the main building. We have designated smoking areas within the Park
• Free parking is available at the site, any vehicle and its contents is left at the owner's risk

Booking and Ticket Information

• You will receive an email containing your ticket. Please present on your smart phone at GreenWood Family Park on the day of your visit, alternatively you can print and bring with you.
• Saving based off of walk up rate.
• Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Tickets purchased through Picniq are not refundable. The date of the visit can be amended for a fee of £10 per booking. Terms and conditions apply.
• Tickets cannot be amended on or after the booked visit date.

FROM N.WALES COAST (A55): Leave A55 at Junction 11. Follow Llanberis signs onto A4244. After 3 miles follow our brown signs from the roundabout.

FROM IRELAND AND ANGLESEY: Cross Britannia bridge, take first exit following Caernarfon signs, take Llanberis exit at 3rd roundabout and follow brown signs.

FROM PORTHMADOG: Go to Caernarfon, follow town centre signs, follow Llanberis sign at first roundabout, then B4366 Bethel sign at second roundabout, go through Bethel and follow our brown signs
